The Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina is the official Registration Authority for the qualified electronic certificates of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce on time.
As of January 1, 2014, for the purpose of smooth running of the business, all economic entities in the country are obliged to use electronic services of the Tax Administration of Serbia and the Central Registry of Compulsory Social Insurance. Then, the Rulebook on tax return for deduction tax, ie consolidated collection of taxes and contributions, enters into force. From January 6, a unique application for social insurance will be required electronically.
The application for the issuance of a qualified electronic certificate consists in the fact that you need to fill in the application through the website of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, where your system will generate all the necessary documentation.
A qualified electronic certificate is issued for 3 years.
Upon submission of the complete documentation, you will be sent to the address of the legal entity for signing and pricing.
Complete documentation can be submitted personally, by courier or by post to the address of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Certification Body, Resavska 13-15, 11000 Belgrade or Registration bodies that are authorized to accept the documentation for issuing qualified electronic certificates (List of registration bodies)
Downloading a qualified electronic certificate to an SSCD device is carried out in person with the identification of the identity of the employee in the Certification / Registration Authority.
The deadline for the preparation of the certificate is 7 (seven) days from the date of payment and signing of the Contract for issuing a qualified electronic certificate.
